Is the tour really 100% private? +
Always. You will never share a vehicle with strangers. Every tour is exclusively your group, whether that's 2 people or 14.
Where do you pick us up? +
Directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental anywhere on Oahu. Airport and Ko Olina pickups available.
Can we fully customize the stops? +
Absolutely — use the planner above. Mix and match any stops, add custom locations, adjust timing. We build the day around you.
What vehicle will we be in? +
1–6 guests: comfortable private van. 7–14 guests: Mercedes Sprinter. Both are A/C with room for bags and gear.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Full refund 72+ hours before your tour. Within 72 hours — contact us directly. We're flexible and human about emergencies.
Do you need reservations for Hanauma Bay? +
Yes — reservations open 48 hours ahead at 7am HST and sell out fast. Book your tour at least 3 days ahead so we can coordinate.
Is gratuity included? +
Not included. Always appreciated but never expected. 15–20% is the Hawaii standard.
